Woodfield Property Management, LLC (“Woodfield”) is capable of repairing, maintaining, renovating and restoring a property to an acceptable condition to maintain its value and integrity.

Our goal is to provide a transparent way for you to evaluate the costs and services we offer to manage your property.  Each property is unique and a detailed proposal per your scope will be provided for each property.  The cost is based on a flat fee amount that reflects the amount of work associated with the property.

The first order of business is to visit the property to address immediate needs.  Next, we come up with a comprehensive list of repairs and maintenance required to get the property to a condition that would make it marketable.  Depending on the circumstances, there may be simple issues such as making sure that the property is safe and not in a state of disrepair:

• Gates repaired around swimming pools. 
• Locks changed.
• The house is locked.
• The interior of the home is not exposed to the weather.
• Check to make sure that there has not been any vandalism or rodent/animal intrusion. 

If the goal is to renovate the home we can provide a detailed estimate that would outline the costs associated with the scope of work required.  As an affiliate of Woodfield Construction Group, LLC, we provide the most competitive bids for quality renovation work in Atlanta. 

We can provide periodical site visits to check on the property.
